Any chance you can start including MD5 Checksum files for each archive? I have downloaded Slackware 12/Flux 3 times now. Each one with a different OS/Browser. Even tried a download manager. Tried 3 programs to unzip it. All fail. Unexpected end of archive. It is getting rather frustrating. Maybe you should tar.gz these things.
I really do appreciate your hard work to make these appliances, I would just really like to be able to use them.
