I have VMware server 1.0.6 and downloaded opensuse11.0 vm

When I want to start it in VMserver I get:

Unable to add virtual machine "/hdb9/openSUSE 11.0 KDE.vmx" to the inventory: Configuration file was created by a VMware product with more features than this version

What am I doing wrong ?

This VMWare image lets you try it out without installing it or even rebooting your machine, and works in the Free VMWare player.

Is there some reason that you can't use VM server to run the machine? Anyone have info?

All of the VM's from vmplanet.net were designed to run on player and workstation.
server is designed to be run with a server hosting the VM, and the client being run on a separate machine which in my opinion does not work as well for graphical operating systems.

Also I see a little bit of a performance increase on machine's in player over server.
